This was one that caught my eye. I wonder if it is a self-portrait of the quilter...
Love this one too.
This was neat the jars looked SO REAL
Close up of one of the jars....notice the thread painting...
I've been wanting to do an under the water Chesapeake Bay Quilt so I snapped a picture of this for inspiration to remind me to do one base on bay life...
This woman does wonderful 'room' quilts each year...I remember a bedroom, a living room in previous years. You'd swear it was a page in a decorating magazine. This year she did a kitchen scene. You'd swear you had peaked into a kitchen. You could almost smell cinnamon buns cooling on the table.
Several picture I took didn't show up on my disk when I downloaded them...but I expected that from the way my camera was acting up...
I did get it to work to snap a pictures of my loot after I got home. The furthest back is a handbag patchwork quilt a show special on of the booths. In blues and yellows which are my weakness. Next a French tablecloth panel which can be either round or square. I got one several years ago in blue with yellow. A booth had buy 10 fat-quarters $1.75 each get two free couldn't pass that up. Found some more deals on fat quarters bought eight more and half yards...got three of them. A couple rotary rulers one for Dresden Plate and one two inch square. A wool pincushion (have a weakness for pincushions), Pink Rotary Cutter show special (a rotary cutter Junkie), wood iron (is that the name?)

WOW, Thank you for sharing the pictures! Awesome quilts. I have seen the kitchen quilt in Hershey PA '08, you can't forget that quilt! I took a few pictures of it too. It's funny because my camera was acting up too at that quilt show. :))
You got some good goodies! Love the green pincushion!
Happy sewing!
That kitchen quilt is so awesome, I can't imagine making something like that. I love your choice of fats, at that price, it would've been a crime NOT to buy them!!!
WOMAN!! Look at all that loot!!!
I hope you left enough for me to get a few of those fats Sunday. Which booth was it??? We will be there when they open. Hey you hear we may be getting a BLIZZARD?? Knew your wishing for snow would cause us trouble!! Ha!!!
Great buys Elaine! I wish I could be there, the quilts are amazing!! Thanks for sharing, let me go wipe off the drool!!
Elaine, thank you for sharing pictures of all these lovely quilts. I like to visit this posting again, because the quilts have so many detail in them. Just great pictures too.
Elaine, Seeing the quilts and all your purchases made me miss being in Ca.for the Pacific International Quilt Show and other neat shows. We only have small shows in No.Co. but in April I'm going to the Quilt Museum in Golden. Enjoyed seeing those quilts you like.
Blessings, Noreen
