Hi! The pears you asked about are just plastic. You paint on the modge podge and while still wet, sprinkle generously with cinnamon til well coated. I actually did 2 coats on mine to be sure everything was covered,have fun!
P.S. this craft is messy... but a good kind of messy!!!
